My name is Michal and I am a strategic expert and transformational leader. All my professional life I‘ve been building and developing the potential of companies in different industries and I‘m still deepening my experience and knowledge in change management and team ma- nagement. I pride myself on strong values, authentic leadership and total commitment. I believe that change is the foundation for innovation and success. I am an autonomous yet team player.

As a strategy expert, I have more than 9 years of experience specia- lising in risk analysis strategy, product portfolio diversification, I am the former co-founder and COO of Anygence s.r.o., where I led the transformation of the company from the transformation of the com- pany from the StayNegative project. I was in charge of driving senior management, managing the organisational structure and operational efficiency. Implemented the marketing strategy and expanded the service portfolio of the company. In this role I gained experience in B2B environments, innovation management and communication with customers and key stakeholders.

Previously, I worked as a Specialist for strategic analysis, development and change management at Krobot.cz, a family-owned company, where I was responsible for risk analysis, production portfolio diversification, production innovation, optimization tools and project management. I gained experience in optimization, implementation of ISO standards, development of production technologies and documentation.

As commercial director, founder and managing director of Na Parket s.r.o., I founded, developed and managed 5 fashion e-shops with 80,000 customers and customers and 100 million CZK annual turnover. I led a team of 15 employees, implemented processes to increase efficiency, strategically managed inventory and logistics, and developed digital systems. My first venture was the educational dance project Groove Days, where I organised more than 50 weekend events focused on dance education and cultural training with an international reach.

My motto is „Connecting the seemingly unconnected” and I believe that change is a prerequisite for innovation and success. In my free time I am a dancer, I run, climb, travel and hike. My goal is to constantly push boundaries and pursue self-education and a healthy lifestyle.
